Savannah Teenager
Hello Savannah Owner Family,
We just got Zana (our F6) spayed on Friday morning (today is Monday so 3 days have gone by). Usually Zana is bouncing off the walls, never wanting to sit on your lap, getting into everything, only being loving on her time (usually when we're trying to sleep), likes her space, etc. Well ever since the surgery, she's been a big baby. She wants to sit on our lap or lay right next to us at all times. She's very loving. She lets us pet her all we want (she used to just let us pet her a couple times but then she'd get annoyed and jump away). She's just been super sweet and loving.....and we're loving it haha. By the way, she's around 6 months old and she's our only pet.
Have any of you seen this switch in behavior before after your female Savannahs have been fixed? Will it last? Is it only because she's probably not feeling good? Keep in mind, she's on antibiotics and pain meds. Maybe she's just high?? Lol. We're hoping it will last!
