Cat Puzzle Toys

I use orijen freeze dried treats, freeze dried rabbit treats, wysong quail dream treats broken into bits, and kibble. The Trixie toys are pretty easy to clean and you could probably even use wet or moist food in them. They go insane over the quail treats but I don't use them often because they just have so many ingredients even if they are supposed to be natural, prebiotic, probiotic, and so on.

Good to know! I bet Jim would enjoy something like that

Not so nice for the baby chick I'm afraid. Luckily my kids are happy to munch on their very dead food

Well all I know is that a baby chick's destiny is never nice.!! Sooner or later it's going to grow up and be eaten by something.

Yes, but it is all in the method. Cats are true predators and love to toy with their prey. Sure its fun for the cat, but a bit sadistic for the chick.

It's a long vid, 2:48. Here's Atticus's first try at a brain teaser toy. I haven't put the other one together yet. As you can see, he has not mastered the concept of sharing. And while he quickly mastered most of the puzzle, he did not succeed in pulling out the drawer but Juba got it on the first try.

I love the noise Atticus made growling with a mouth full of treat! I love that Juba wouldn't give up!Love 2

As they get familiar with it then only put a treat in the difficult parts. Smooch takes her time trying to work it out while Leo keeps flipping the whole board over hoping something will fall out.

I am glad they like it!!
