That's the one issue I have, there is no feedback for this seller.
And...the seller has not answered any of the questions I have asked...no one has bid on it and probably for the reasons you and I did not.

Ohh gotcha, didn't realize you had asked them questions. Sucks cause if it worked out, that would be a great price.

I was on the original list with Paige to order this catwheel, than things kinda fell apart. The Maclaw wheel was just to expensive. I liked the catswell wheel because of the see through design.
So I found another company that sold tham and placed my order. I had ordered and paid for it before this thread was posted and before Paige sent me a message about her experience. Since it was bought and paid for I thought I would try it out. Another reason Paige was hesitant about ordering is because it came with no warranty. It's true that the company doesn't provide a warranty but my credit card company does. If worse case, the wheel was junk my credit card company would reverse the charges.

First impressions,
It was very, very well packaged. Package was reinforced where needed and would be very hard to damage during shipping.

After opening the boxes I did not find any of the issues that Paige had found. My wheel was in perfect condition. The wheel has just the right amount of friction (not to much, not to little) everything works as advertised.

Simba is kinda of a scaredy cat and even hisses at any new toys he gets. So for the first couple hours he stayed away from it. Than he would smell it. Now he will sit on it but if he moves it he leaps off. So this will take some time, but I have faith he will use it. Twice a day he goes on his wild tearing through out the house faze for 30 min. I think he will figure it out.

Ok, now the big question. Would I recommend it.
Paige had a lot of issues with the wheel she tried out and I had zero issues. Thought it was package great and was actually built good.
It's one for and one against, 50-50 odds
Just on those odds and it being Paige (very smart lady) and if I was the one reading this post I probably would lean against ordering it. BUT if you do order it make sure you use a credit card. If you get a bad wheel your credit card will issue you a refund and you would probably get to keep the wheel anyways.

In closing I like the wheel, love the see through design, works exactly like advertised except that my kitty is kinda afraid of it but its only been one day.

Good to hear, Mark...my cats actually did not like the see through design and since they are wheelaholics, that said a lot to me, so I still would not have ordered it...but I'm glad you had a good experience.
