I think the A/G ratio is the most important...high titers only mean exposure, as far as I know, although can mutate...can you try to boost the immune system and see if that helps? B12 shots work well...high quality food, etc...
I will try the B12 shot. I have very high quality food, but right now I am just trying to get her to eat the best wet food I can get into her. She is also eating wysong quail dry. Having trouble getting her to take her meds today. First time for that.

She also has a very high serum protein level. Serum was actually very cloudy. I do not know her A:G ratio, but based on her other findings, I expect it to indicate FIP. I will find out though, and the B12 shot is a good idea.

With dry FIP the A/G ratio can often be within the 0.4-0.8 inconclusive range, with my Aziza it was 0.75... so close to ruling it out yet she did have FIP. It can be so very hard to diagnose. If ultrasound can show some enlarged lymph nodes to biopsy for PCR that can help...

She does have some enlarged lymph nodes, though not one in particular. General lymphadenopathy. I considered a bx, but she has been through a lot recently and I was trying to give her a break from the stress. Was hoping prednisone therapy would help. Wanted to try that for awhile. If it is FIP, its not going to matter anyway. If its not, then preds are the more common treatment for anything else. Although the B12 shot is a good recommendation and I will get that done this week. She seems to be fading on me.:(

Erin, so sad to hear about your kitty, none of my pets ever had cancer but I did lose my mom to cancer. :( Hope everything works out.
