My jackets are adjustable with a locking nylon strap and Velcro. You first Velcro it to the size than the strap is adjusted and hooked so they in it pretty good. I have had Loki on a dead run with a 25 foot lead start and he was stopped in his tracks. It is almost like a straightjacket haha.

I tried my idea with the SD card attached it in a see through pocket along with the micro chip info. Worked PERFECT! I feel so much better with all my kitty's information is available immediately! We are on a trip as I write this and my stress level is not what it would of been before I came up with this idea.

When making your jackets ( they are quite stunning) are you using an industrial machine to attach what your using to secure it after you tighten up with the Velcro?

It is a tough machine. I sew the Nylon to the jacket or into the jacket on some costumes it is one peice that goes all the way around and clips on the underside after the Velcro on some jackets. for the D ring I sew it the same way with Velcro and extend it out a bit more for better on top the length of the jacket so it won't rip out. I have tested the jackets to hold 50 pounds for the bigger ones the kitten ones don't need to be as strong.

Here are some we have made. Some of the little ones are trainers for the kittens to wear around the house so they get used to them and my breeder will use them to tell which one is which. Some are for my niece's small dogs to wear. Loki's modified Chirstmas walking jacket. The Hart fabric is for Loki's Valentine walking jacket. Some of these jackets are the tests models that we made. The Police vest is one for Loki to wear once we finish it. I like the fact that it has the reflective material on it for night time walks.
