Whether or not you live mainly in OH (and even if so, I would question what happens to the SV during those college breaks then), my comments were centered on the breeder you were asking opinions on. That opinion stands whatever your location. A breeder that would and has sold to illegal locations is not a breeder that deeply cares for the welfare of their cats. This is a big red flag, because it is unlikely they are going to care if you receive a sick kitten, the kitten dies, or you need advice for any issues after they have your money. That is irrespective of your legal or illegal location right at this moment.
