Yes, Kovu is a boy. He was 5 months old in that picture. I love that first picture. Elijah (my 5 year old) was like, "You can get Kovus in the mail?" haha

Sent an email, but haven't heard anything from Julia. Wasn't it her website that somebody did some funky stuff with? Wondering if I have the right email address.

She is likely in the midst of a hectic kitten season. Last time I emailed her was Feb or Mar and I used the link on her web site. She was recovering from an injury to a shoulder at the time (and it may have been surgery) and having a rough go of it. Give her a bit of time. If you don't hear from her and want me to try, let me know.

She said he had inappropriate elimination, he always uses his kitty box and has never had even an accident. Simple, just keep it clean. He would urinate on he boyfriends stuff. That is usually because they don't like that person. Echo is much more fearful of men than women, that with the urinating on boyfriends stuff, which probably ticked him off and he reacted towards Echo, is probably the fear of men. She was pregnant and they were afraid he would hurt the baby. I am the only person Echo will approach and she said he always hid when people came over, but never gave him a safety zone to go to. Her 3 dogs were allowed to chase him, so of course he's afraid of our dogs.

Wow, that is horrible! Well, I'm glad he's in your hands now We gave our cats a room, built a tower for them and all...I juts don't understand people that get a pet and expect so much out of him/her without giving anything, not even as little sacrifice for all their love in return.
