Oh please shut this site down!!! I remember when I was looking for a Savannah I found this site... All scams!!! I am no dummy soon as I saw the low low prices I knew it was a scam... Ridiculous. Then they were saying stuff about paying a "courier company"... I told everyone you don't have to pay a courier company!! When shipping a cat Via airlines, they allow COD. So someone could drop off the cat for shipping (if everything was for real), pay nothing at drop off, and the person receiving would pay when they picked up the cat... Cuts down on scams. I heard about that option direct from Delta! Shuts the scammers down...
But really it irks me! Nothing makes me more mad than seeing gullible taken advantage of! ;(

I have read post 2 and every post on this thread, Let me make my question clear, Has anyone had any dealings with any of the breeders on the link that I posted ? if so let us know if it was good or bad so we don't get ripped off, Select Exotics was one the list and I have 2 Savannahs from them and would recommend them ! does any one else have any dealings with the breeders on the list? if so let us know how it worked out.

Many of the breeders listed on that page are no longer in business. This forum does not allow breeder bashing, nor excessive breeder praise....your best bet is to ask if anyone here has purchased a cat from the breeder you have in mind, and they can contact you privately if they choose.

Can I ask why you chose that page....felines4us....as a resource for breeders? I'd check with breeders listed on www.savannahcat.com for a list of reputable breeders worldwide. It's always a good idea to ask for past customer references from whichever breeder you do choose.....

Yes, www.savannahcat.com is a much more reputable website for finding a good breeder. There is a process to be listed, you have to be vouched for by two other breeders on the website, and if there are complaints then you can be taken back off again also.

A women that works at a local deli where I get my lunch for work is a cat lover and she has seen pictures of my savannahs and she wants one, the other day I was at the deli and she found a add for one and asked me to check it out, it looks like 2 different cats and I think I have seen the pictures before, anybody recognize these cats?http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/pet/4149758959.html

That one is a legitimate ad. I actually talked to the woman who placed the ad a few months ago. He is a beautiful kitten and it would be great if someone who knows about Savannahs would get him....I just hate seeing SVs advertised on CL

I also want to add that the original breeder of this kitten is NOT one that is on the SavannahCat.com website.
