I emailed the internal medicine vet and he said this:
Thank you for the update. I'm not sure it.'a discomfort. Please consider doing the bike acids test to rule out hepatic encephalopathy. It's simply a blood test. It helps to know because then you can prevent more serious problems, Ike full seizures. You can schedule a tech. appointment please. It takes two blood drawns two hour apart, and she has to be farted after dinner. You can stay with Rafiki in between blood drawns. Thank you.

I know this is a serious situation Linda, but please do take vids of you "farting" Rafiki.
If there's even a possibility of hepatic encephalopathy, I'd do the test.
