Poor baby, fleas and an eye infection. I hope you get everything cleared up quickly!
Hopefully she will start to eat better. You can try giving her (human) baby food (only the stage I foods that have chicken/water, turkey/water, etc. without any other ingredients). If she likes this (most kitties go bonkers over it) you can mix it in with her regular food to see if it will get her to eat more. Alternatively, you can buy freeze dried chicken treats and crumble them over her regular food - that usually gets them eating as well.
