They were restricting pet limits, leash laws and types of pets. One person brought up the Savannahs and the town clerk, lawyer and a citizen brought up all the above info and pointed out that my cats are walked and on a harness and yet other animals are running wild. (Dogs, cats, goats, chickens, cows and etc..) The city council was shut down and have never brought up my Savannahs or even Servals (when I get one). The are interested in the Savannahs. it all worked out.
