OMG, I remember getting my first one too... a retired F3 female and I actually started crying when the steward brought her to me from the cargo area. It's a pretty big moment!
Elijah (my four year old) didn't know we were getting a cat. lol We had been talking about if/when we get kitten, but he didn't know he was actually coming. So when we went to the airport he was so confused. We told him the airport had THE best coffee so we had to go there. He SERIOUSLY thought we were getting coffee. His face was priceless when he saw that they brought us a kitten instead of our frappuchinos! I nearly cried myself! Lol

lol Its funny cause Glenn HATES surprises, but loves to surprise people. So of course he had to surprise Elijah. We even saw someone picking up their dog before Kovu came out & Elijah still thought we were getting coffee.

Let 'em flow! lol You should have seen me bawling with joy at the vet's office a few months age, when that same first girl was being ultrasounded, and I saw her very first babies :) I'm sure my vet, the 4 techs and the other vet in the room thought I was nuts, but I did not care at all!

The wait is always LONG, but that first one is indescribable. We'd not seen a Savannah before we bought our first one... almost 11 years ago now but I still remember how excited we were waiting for him!

Wow he is cute! Yes a Chausie is not an approved outcross however he is still a Savannah, at an A level... Bengals aren't either and my boy has that breed in his pedigree. Your baby's toes are so loooong!

Yes she has him marked as an A generation. And i didn't know Bengals weren't approved outcrosses! Ive seen them advertised with savannah breeding a few times. Well, Kronos is a LOVELY boy!

Hi JB, congratulations on your new baby, he is very cute!

Your kitten doesn't look like he has much of a tail, which means the nerves that normally control bladder and bowel control may not have properly developed - so just make sure that your kitten has been completely weaned from mom and separated from her so that the breeder can confirm he has good litterbox habits. Since mom takes care of all potty matters when the kittens are young, a problem is often not picked up until after they are separated and she is no longer cleaning up after him.

I may have missed it - when are you expecting him to arrive?
