Guy Selling Cat Trees in Parking Lot

Hi Guys,

I was out shopping around for last minute end of the year holiday stuff, and I came across a guy selling cat trees out of his truck. He said he sells them in his shop for a living up in Atlanta, and he was down here visiting family. They look like nice trees and well built, but I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight whether or not this is a good deal. We particularly liked the one in the photo attached below. He was selling this one (5 feet tall) for 100$, and the larger ones (6') for 150$

Go for it! If it is balanced right, I'd buy one. We buy cat trees sold at cat shows- what's the real difference? Nothing if they are hand made!

It looks sturdy and well made - if you knock it around and it doesn't rock or topple it sounds like a good deal.
