I just had a fast look last night to the link you gave me and I meant this morning to link again but it did not worked (it worked last night...mistery of informatic).
I found however another source (below), which is probably another page of the linkyou gave me (not found lasyt night) where more info are given. Actually you can read for Italy "no restriction of F2 and later generatio" with some CITES/TICA permit for importing.
This seems a bit less restrictive from the info I gave before (where F2 were not accepted) .
In order not to waste anybody's time (everybody here is so helpfull), I specify that I do not need at the moment to dig further in this subject (it would be too soon) , but I wanted to post this as it may help persons who asked me before about Italian regulation on the subject .

I would caution you that since there is no official quoted or site linked to with the actual law that this information is considered hearsay only, so you should still check with the Italian equivalent of Fish and Game before making a commitment to buy. Did you contact the Savannah breeder in Italy whose information was posted to this thread earlier?
