BTW, there is no rule against shipping Savannahs that I am aware of... there is a rule that if you have more than four breeding females you are considered a commercial breeder, which means you either cannot sell sight unseen, or you must hold a USDA permit (a rather complicated process with many requirements that simply don't fit with a home-based breeding program).
