Hello Everyone!

That's fantastic that you have taken Echo in to your home. Early generations Savannahs can be a challenge when rehomed, but you will be richly rewarded. I can't explain it, but they give so much. Echo sounds about the size of my F1, Judah. He's about 3 years old. We love him to bits :big grin:

Welcome Laura! Echo sounds like quite the character but I'm sure with time and patience he will come around. There are plenty of folk here who would be happy to help give you pointers about working on his socialization issues if at any time you feel you need some assistance :)

How wonderful of you to adopt him and bring him into your home and hearts! With time, I'm sure he will come around. I have never had to socialize an older savannah but have worked a lot with socializing other cats, including one 3 year old bengal. He was extremely vicious, aggressive even, but every day we saw progress. Cherish the small victories and soon you'll have a totally new cat! The trust is earned and is so rewarding!

If I could like this as a status I would. Adopting a savannah is hard work especially high gens.

Good lucky, and can't wait to see pictures.
