Thank you. The 2 golden spotted are brothers and are 1 1/2 years old and the silver spotted is 4 months.

I'm curious how long the CITES took for your most recent purchase? I've heard it doesn't take as long as it used to.

It took a month. Basically kittens were born, paid for and the paperwork got started. Wasn't a big deal. As a matter of fact when I came back across the border. The officers did not know what to do with the paperwork. They made all kind of calls and could not get any answers. The officer just told me after paying duty, just go before the phone rings. Cannot say that would happen at all the borders. Lol.

Are you talking about the Canadian border patrol or the US Fish and Wildlife? If you didn't go through inspection with the US Fish and Wildlife prior to leaving the country with your kittens you have exported them illegally. Inspections need to be scheduled ahead of time and done at designated ports - in your area that would probably be the Chicago office.
