Hello from Southern CA!

The official day is this Sunday - Mike's going to giver her a day to recover from the vaccination he's giving her tonight. I'll be sure to post an update with pictures that day. So close!

Yay, how exciting! It's so hard to wait, isn't it? You're lucky that you live close enough to have been able to visit her. The wait for my Xumi seemed like forever, and then the day she was being shipped felt like the longest day of my life. She left Virginia early in the morning, missed her connection in Atlanta, and didn't get to San Francisco until 1:00 the next morning. I was a nervous wreck tracking her all day. Then we had a 2 hour drive home before I could let her out of the carrier! She didn't stop talking (bitching) to us for days :)

I can't wait to see new pictures and videos of Vienna when you get her home!

It's really hard! She's such a pretty girl, and such an adorable personality. Apparently the vet who spayed her also said she's the sweetest cat he's ever seen, which is perfect for me :) I think paying the deposit for her a few weeks ago was the only time I've actually grinned ear to ear while writing a check, lol!

Here are a few photos from last evening, right after she got home. She is absolutely fearless. Wasn't nervous or scared for a second. Doesn't like being held because all she wants to do is PLAY, lol! She slept the whole night last night, and has been eating and using her litter box. She also loves playing under the door with Cinnamon and Sylvia, and I can tell they all want to meet. She's also extremely sweet and affectionate, as Mike and Sandy had said. I couldn't be happier! DSC01963.JPG DSC01953.JPG DSC01944.JPG DSC01968.JPG

Lauren, Vienna is so pretty! She looks really playful, congrats! I love her ears! We should have a Savannah meet and greet for everyone in SoCal! I should be getting mine in about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, I'm so excited!
