Hello from upstate New York

Here is the issue... This baby is illegal in NY... Savannahs are illegal in NY state unless they are F5 SBT and later... He is adorable but I wish breeders would be more responsible...

I was reading through the limitations and I thought what I read was they are illegal in down state like nyc. If he isn't f2, which tell tale signs point to no. He might be legal :]. Although I do agree people ruin it for others.

Savannahs are completely illegal in the five boroughs and F5 SBT and later are legal everywhere else in the state.

He does not look like an f2 to me, I would purchase the pedigree so that you know for sure.
