I think articulated in this case means that it moves and bends a lot - it is 'expressive'.
Yes. My Pixiebob's tail is longer than hock length but shorter than a full length tail and he can put 2 full circles of a corkscrew into it. Even the Pixies with the short bob tail seem to have very energetic and expressive tails.

She kinda looks Siberian to me, they have a super-thick coat. You take really nice pics of her <3
Oh wow. I had never heard of a Siberian but now that I look it up, she does look a bit like one, of course a bit of a mix especially where these 'cheetah tears'. I have a big main coon and she is got a similar coat, very thick, fluffy and soft but this new kitten looked different, my main coon has big ears, this kitten now has smaller ears. and when I looked up a Siberian, they do indeed have the smaller ears. Thank you!
