Hello Savvy Lovers; from NorCal :)

Sorte
I let Sorte out into a few parts of the house today. He took about an hour to smell all of the front room and kitchen (kept the other rooms closed for now). He started talking a LOT more now. He helped me wash the dishes for a while. LOL! I watched him jump on the counter right into a pan full of water which he spilled. I think he learned a lesson, it was pretty funny. Then I turned the TV on and he was sooo interested in that for a bit! He was watching all the different people and things that were going on. Took a while for him to get used to the surround sound. Hehe. He loves the fact that he has a bigger area to chase his toys now too. ;)

He helped me notice a few wires I forgot to secure by batting at them too. He seems to be much happier to be out with us though.

Sorte is soooo handsome Paul! I am happy to hear it turned around in your favor, and his! Glad he can have such a loving home and give you lots of headbutts :p

Sorte
Well, Sorte has been doing very well with his new litter box. :) We are all happy about that one, LOL! I am also realizing just how skin and bones he was when we first got him! I could feel every bone in his body when petting him. His spine and ribs were very noticable. The last few days though, he has been eating like a fricken' horse and now his coat feels softer and he has a little mass on those bones. :) We've been playing a lot. I try to get him running around the house to exhaustion (he lets me know) at least twice a day plus small play sessions in between. I really want to find something that he likes to play a little tug of war with so he uses those muscles a little more. :) We introduced a small amount of chicken to him last night and this morning and he had quite a bit of happy words to say about that, haha.

Paul, it's a delight to read about you and Sorte. He's still a baby with a lot of growing to do so it's great to hear that he's eating like a horse. I was astounded at the amount of food mine ate when they were growing and I swear they were bigger each time they woke from a nap. I could literally see them grow. Sorte is a bud with lots of potential and under your love and care he is starting to bloom. One complaint though, you are stingy about pics so get to it!
