Your new baby is very cute!
To date there has never been a fertile F2 male Savannah, so the sire of your baby is definitely in question. I am guessing some sort of Highlander or American Curl mix.....she is a adorable, nonetheless

Mom looks like a Bengal. "Dad" most likely is too.....
Hi Mia, your baby is adorable! 8 1/2 weeks is really young to separate a kitten from its mother so I'm very glad she has such an attentive human mommy to keep a close eye on her 
Regarding her pedigree - first, as Pam has pointed out, it is impossible for an F2 male to be fertile, so she is not the product of an F2 x F2 cross. Next, neither of the pics of the parents you posted look like f2 Savannahs - mom may have SV in her but she is beautifully rosetted so I'm guessing at least one of her parents is a Bengal... meaning she can't be SBT (nor can an F2 be SBT). 'Dad' definitely looks like a Bengal.
As for the curled ears, this is a dominant trait with incomplete penetrance, which means that at least one of the parents would have to have CE in order for the kittens to have CEs, but not all kittens would necessarily get the CEs from the parent. I only know of three breeds that have CEs: the American Curl and Highlander with TICA, and the Highland Lynx with REFR. Of the three breeds, only the Highlander has the looser curl like your kitten has, although some of the American Curls are also born this way as well (just not considered up to standard).
It sounds like there was something of a scam going on, but it really doesn't matter because you obviously love her and would not give her up for the world. She is a very lucky kitty to have found such a wonderful family!!

The guy I got her from has a highlander, not sure if he said highland lynx or not so I'm wondering if he was lied to that mom was already pregnant and his boy got to her of if he scammed me right along or seriously just doesn't know. I have been sharing my discoveries with him and he seems to be learning like I am because he has never had a savannah before either. I'm going to discuss it with him. We have become friends and they are such animal people, raising all sorts of animals and the wife does something working with animals. I'm gonna go out on a limb standing behind him and say that the scam started on him and he unknowingly did it to me.

Patti, I would like to discuss this further with you. I brought this to the guy's attention and he is going to contact the breeder that he got his girl from. He is thinking Savannah, Bengal, Highlander mix? I have formed a bond with the guy that I got her from and he breeds many animals but cats are new and he is only doing that because he got the pregnant female and liked the experience and really is enjoying the kittens. The two of us just want to get to the bottom of this because she has 2 brothers that still need homes and he doesn't want to misrepresent them. Tessa got to come home at 8 weeks because she was weened and I had visited every week since she was born, plus if I ever needed to its only a 25 min drive to where I got her from. She has done everything before her brothers. She escaped the box first, walked first, ate first, drank water first, climbed and escaped her enclosure first and used the litter box first. She is super smart and appears to know her name already as well. She is also learning to walk on a leash already. We were in Petco and she was on her leash and followed my husband around the store until he got too far ahead of us, it was too cute. I just need to start teaching her to fetch, LOL, any advice?
