He eats one canned food and a half every day and he has hard food for the whole day. In the morning I add to the food taurine and L-lisine as it's wtitten on a paper that the breeder gave to the lady that bought him. Is it right? Should I give him other things to improve his growth or should I give him more food. Of course I don't know his weight!
What kind of treats can I give to him? His food is absolutely no grain

If you are free feeding him dry food then he is probably eating enough, but personally I would try to increase the canned and minimize his dry food intake. As for treats, any of these freeze dried treats should work: cat treats

But he always leave a little amount of canned food...for how long should I leave him the food?

And it's right give him the taurine and the L-lisine added to the canned food only in the morning?

Commercial cat food should be completely balanced and should not require additional supplements. That being said, taurine is a critical amino acid for your cat's vision and heart health. A cat cannot overdose on it as any excess will simply be pee'd out. If you feed your cat homemade food daily, it needs to be supplemented. If you give your cat an occasional raw chicken drumstick as a treat, it would not need to be supplemented. L-lysine is an immunity booster. It is most commonly prescribed to treat upper respiratory problems or feline herpes. If your cat is sneezing and has watery eyes, L-lysine can help. I would not give this daily.

Alpha started to sneeze in these last days because he put in the bath when you finish your shower!

I really think you need to feed him more - I don't think that is enough food for a kitten. There is a breeder in Italy and maybe she can help you - her name is Simonetta nestori and her cattery is Urania Wild
