During the operation the vet took the blood of Alpha and did the Fiv and Felv test. He is positive to Felv what should I do? He never went out and my other cats are not positive to Felv...

It's very possibly a false positive - I would let the vet know that he received the FeLV vaccine and see what he says.

He was the one that told me to check if he had a felv vaccine he said that if he had that it is normal that he results positive to the test. I don't if it's better to do the PCR or not. They did only the ELISA one.

Hi it's a lot of time that I don't write but I need your help desperately! Alpha has ingested something that blocked his intestine and he has been operated urgently two days ago. He didn't eat from sunday evening and he has been operated wednesday. He was feeded IV and yesterday they gave him back to go home to sede if he eats because in the clinic he was too frightened. I brought him at home and I tried to feed him with a food called intestinal and some homogeneized but he doesn't want to est. The vet cut his intestine in various places because he had lot of things like cloths inside and he found a sort of wood screw that completely blocked his intestine that was going in necrosis. Fortunately we were in time to operate him. But now he doesn't want to eat. He lays down growling. I pur a spoon with that food in his mouth and in this way a small amount of food went inside but he is not hungry he has no will to eat. I will try to give him chicken leg without the bone. You think is a good idea? If he doesn't eat I must bring him back to the clinic to put again IV feeding. Maybe he needs more time to feel better. Can you help me with your advices and experiences? Thank you so much!
