Help I'm unexperienced savannah's owner!

Get a large oral syringe, if you can't find one see your vet. Cut a portion of the tip off as you don't want them chewing it off and swallowing it. Be patient and start by trying to get them to eat 20ml. You might not be able to get that much in but that should be an initial goal 2-3 times a day. After finding success move to 30ml per feeding and really try to get 3x a day. It shouldn't be long after getting there that they'll be eating on their own.

What kind of food should I give him? Now I gave him two syringes of 2,5 ml of a kind called sensirenal. Thanks for your advices! So precious to me! Hope that he will get better

That's a better question for the vet, although when our cat was recovering, who is normally on a low protein diet, they gave me the go ahead to use a higher protein food while he was recovering.

He told me to give him the intestinale which was the best. During the recovery he never ate that's why they told me to bring him back home. Now I give him sensirenal which is for cats just operated but I will start the gastrointestinal as soon as possibile. Thank you so much!

If he doesn't eat, he may need a feeding tube inserted. It sounds worse than it is and allows the intestines to rest. Please keep us updated!

I feed him with a syringe. Today I have given him 15 ml of food. I fed him three times. I'm giving a proteic food called sensirenal that is for the cats just oerated but I would like to give him the intestinal which is better for the intestine.

Coming in on this late, I hope he has continued to improve and is now eating some on his own.

In the meantime you might have to consider that he has pica and take steps to make sure that he is never in reach of any inanimate object (small toys, fabric, hair bands, string, etc.) that he can potentially ingest and cause another obstruction.

Unfortunately I have bad news of Alpha. He continued improving, He started eating alone. One night he snatched his points and took out all his organs. He was operated again and he remained in the clinic until the vet removed all the points. Then he came back home.
Yesterday night thieves entered in my house and when they ram away they left the door opened so Alpha went out and it is
from yesterday night that I can't find him.
