My heart breaks for this poor baby! To me he appears to be a creature that has never known the comfort and love of a human bond, and trusts no one. Having said that, I am optimistic that you will be able to win him over by doing just as you are but being very cautious and backing off when his protests escalate - he needs to know that he has some bit of control over his environment. As for taking off the collar, I would consider continuing to do that, just let someone else put the collar back on so that you are only associated with the positive removal and freedom from the collar.

Time, patience, and healing are what he needs...

It's not possible to put back the collar because He becomes very aggressive and He always gets so frightened! The other day He hit with his nails the face of the guy and when we put back the collar He poops on himself that's why I decided not to take it off because after is so stressing for him! Believe me from the day that he came into my house I did everything to make him feel safe to love him to protect him to heal him. I fought against anyone who told me that he was a troubled cat, anyone who told me that I was crazy to have an animal like him, anyone who told me that he will kill me and my cats, anyone who said that he will attack me, I tried to treat him as a normal cat I tried to sleep with him but everything seems to be useless, He remains upset and untrusting. Even my boyfriend told me that I love Alpha more that him! I will stop petting him. The other day while I was petting him without his collar He was so relaxed but then I had to put back the collar and all his relaxation disappeared and He felt so frightened so it's better to continue keeping the collar even because we are only two persons that can keep him the others are all afraid of him no one touches him He never let anyone touch him except me and the other guy. No one where I live is used to a cat like him I Think that is not even allowed to own him! So when it's time to put back the collar it's only me and the other guy that can do that. Nobody else can keep him...

I think you are doing the best you can at this point. Perhaps just some scratches under the chin as others have suggested... Poor alpha... How much longer does he have to be away from you... I'm curious... How old was he when you got him? And no, he is not legal, but he's yours now and it really doesn't matter...@Moggiesmom had some great suggestions as well...

But I Think that for him there is no difference of I'm there or not. It seems that he doesn't care He doesn't even know who I am because He doesn't change his behaviour when he sees me but if I wouldn't I Think that he won't miss me.

I don't think that is true. He is miserable right now and I think he does know who you are. But he has been away from you for quite some time... Please keep spending as much time as you can with him. Talk to him, stay near him, give him treats... How much longer will he be there?

Please leave him there until he is done with his medication. Moving him back and forth will not help and will only escalate his issues.

I agree with witchy... It is only another week... Best to leave him where he is.
