When I was two weeks out from getting my first SV, I was a twitchy mess. I painted the entire inside of the house and did a few small renovation projects to keep my mind occupied because each day felt like a month. I flew down to California to pick him up and was so full of pent up energy that a stewardess joked with me that my leg bouncing was causing turbulence on the plane.
