Hi!

Ohhh I love theme names!! I've never been able to do them though because we don't think far enough ahead :p
Zeddie's full name is Miss Tsarina Tigress Meowvski the IV and her future brother will be named Xander Olan Zaniel the II lol.....I watch a lot of tv so always come up with tv themed names. I named my friend's litter of doodle pups after characters from my favorite tv show and that is as close as I came to themed names.
Tough call on which way to go...or to start a new SV theme! :p

You can always wait until you have the SV and see if there is a characteristic, trait, or behavior that inspires a name -- that sometimes can lead to unorthodox names though. I stayed with the African theme for mine and chose names before they came home. Had I waited until they were home a few days, their names would be Pain in the Ass, Make a Mess, and Whiney Boy.

Mine all have their names, then their nicknames. Zeddie has more than anyone else lol...Trouble, MowMowWow, Meowpants, Q, CutieQ...she responds to them all too

I literally had a list of 63 names before we got our SV ;) I finally settled on "Matojo" (African Swahili) which soon became "Tojo" and is now "TojEEEEEEEEE"...

I name mine African names in general, I spend hours on the online name websites and search for names that sound good to me and mean something that seems apt. And that will shorten to a good call name in most cases...

But you've already got two naming themes going on, maybe you have to decide which to go with and which will give you a name that suits your new kitten best. Congrats!

DH has been looking at African God named and picked out Xango and Tilo...Tilo is probably too close to Titan. Not sure if I'm in love with Xango
