Household flea sprays

I have fleas as well and am scared to death of the monthly flea meds. Iv seen the videos of the seizures and my vet told me 1 in every 100 had a bad reaction. Does anyone know if revolution does this as well? And i have recently tried the domoctious earth and put it on one cat to try it out. It says you can use it on th e cats fur, does anyone know how to use it? Also has anyone heard of bathing with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice? Sorry so long just trying to go the natural route

Revolution is pretty safe, but there is always a chance of a reaction...use diatemaceous earth if you want to go natural, but it must be food grass and be sure not to inhale it...keep it away from cats noses...you can also use it on carpets and pet bedding...also apple cider vinegar works well and you can make it into a spray...you can also mix it with a pet shampoo

I have not had to deal with fleas myself, but I will tell you that treating only one cat with anything will not solve the problem. You have to treat all cats plus the entire house. I think the easiest way to treat the house is with a flea bomb. As for the cats, you can try the diatomaceous earth, but you might end up needing something stronger.

Adams Flea and Tick spray works great for killing any bugs and is safe for the pets. I bought it at a pet store, blue spray bottle. You can spray the carpet, furniture etc. Sue

No it is not... Not all essential oils are toxic to cats.
