"I Couldn't Do That"

I still cry when my babies go to their new families. I have been breeding for several years now and it never gets easier. When I think I cannot do it any longer, I see how happy a new owner is and I think back to how I felt to have my first Savannah. I know that by breeding I am providing the same opportunity that was once given to me, to own such a magnificent breed, to someone else (-:

I cry when they leave, too, Kristine! I feel the same way as you do about my babies and sharing that wonderful opportunity for others to experience :)

Awww, if my child started to cry I'm sure I would start bawling right along with him! I do cry when I send off kittens but I find it a bit easier when I hand deliver them so that I can see their new home and family, and see how happy they are going to be.
