Something else I noticed in their regulations: Under section 100 subsection 02 item C it states you have to be a member of good standing of ISIS. ;)

Spoke with the local animal control officer where my family lives and she said there are no statutes or codes locally regarding housecats that are kept indoors.

A serval would be a different matter, but otherwise they don't care.
