Our Lil calico zoey, was jealous of Jax when he first came home. We gave her a lot of attention but she didn't want any of it. Gave us the cold shoulder! LOL! But now that he's out and about they are best buddies. They will sleep together and sometimes zoey even gives him a bath. She is actually more loving to us since Jax has been in the picture. Give her some time,,,,,she'll come around.

Yes I am sure that it will be the same. She has NOT totally given me the cold shoulder. Just A lot of stink eye. She is VERY interested in him. At the door to his room all the time. if she really disliked him, I would think she would ignore him.

Oh BTW, for all the ladies who are interested, his black nose has been kissed at least a hundred times. and his spotted belly has been kissed and scritched the same amount.
When I lay down on the bed beside him, he cuddles up to my face, and purrs and licks and head butts and is just sweet.

I am still overwhelmed at how quickly Regie and I bonded. Whenever I walk into his room, he will come running and will meow and circle my feet. I sit down and he hops up on my lap and begins head butt my belly and my hands and arms. He tries to get as close as he can to me. And gives, slow blinks, licks and nose bumps too. He is just acting like I am mom now. (must let him know, I am DAD, and that he cannot nurse my arm like he tried Tuesday.)
If he is quiet in his room, and I say something to Kiki or Zidi, he begins to meow and cry. He comes to the door and starts putting his paws under the door. The only way I can calm him is to go in and pet him for a few minutes.
Of course, Kiki has a lot to say about that, but she has NOT attacked him. This AM Kilifi did not growl or hiss, but she meowed like she was begging to have him come out. SHe was much more active this AM. We shall see...

LOL.. Well... It is a little hard to get picts of him while he is crawling all over me. But my remote shutter release came yesterday so I will try to set the cam up on a tripod and take picts with the remote. BAD PART.... I will be in the pictures. :|
