Hi My name is Susan (Sue) Scalia and I just registered my cattery name Seacoast Savannahs with the TICA and man am I excited ,I have been a Savaanah cat lover for a long time and now my dream of being a breeder is coming true .I will not only be new to breeding cats but will be a new owner of my male and female kittens and the only breeder in the maritime province of Canada.
I will be needing all the help I can get..lol .Both my cats have come from Canada ,one from Spider's webs in Ontario and one from Wildstreaks in British Colombia ,both these cattery owners have been wonderful mentors and I can't say enough good stuff about them .Anyway glad to be here and glad to be a member of the Savannah community

Hi Susan, welcome to the forum! You will find lots of information here about Savannahs including a Vet Corner where you can ask our resident veterinarian about medical issues. Has Anatole told you about the Mentor's Yahoo Group for Savannah breeders? That might be another place you want to join, if you haven't done so already.

Greetings Susan! Welcome!!! Glad to hear you will be breeding and have wonderful mentors in Anatole and Teresa! Teresa is a member here...Anatole is still trying to figure out how to register - LOL!!! maybe you can help him??? ;):roflmao:

You will see many breeders and owners here with much knowledge!!! And please don't hesitate to ask questions or for help/advice.

I am a new breeder as well...hopefully will have kittens in July or August...

I meant to say the Maritime provinces ..lol .I live on Prince Edward Island ,the prettiest maritime province ;)

Welcome Susan and congrats, I'm in Ontario, we have heard so many beautiful things about PEI from friends who have traveled out there for a vacation ... my husband and hope someday we'll have the opportunity to see your part of Canada :)
