Not sure why any breeder would sell you two females for breeding when you do not have a male and then tell you not to breed then until they are 18 months? Spay them... You will be happier and so will they

Not yet she gave us a month to decide

Until we decide to either breed or fix she is holding onto the papers for them. And we signed a contract stating so and I have personally seen the papers for them
