Litter quitter first day home.

The step up is not real purdy but I made it out of cardboard. I'm thinkin about buying so leopard print fuzzy fabric to cover it, kinda like the stuff they put on cat trees.
Haha- don't worry about the step up! If Malaika can easily bounce to the top of master bed to BITE my toes (your girl is bad!) then she'll have no issue making it to the potty. But it's a good thing to have to start- just so she doesn't bounce INTO the toilet!

Look- this is one of those things that you'll just need to go with your gut :) She's been excellent at potty training so maybe she'll think the litterbox up there is no big deal. We do use pellet litter- just so you know- not clay or clumping or anything like that.

Ya know, I freakin saw that in one of the litter quitter you tube videos and was debating on what litter to actually get, BUT,.....my guy, took it upon himself to order the flushable litter when he ordered the Litter Quitter,(3 big tubs!) oooooffffffff. Oh we'll no bother, I can totally give it to someone at work. What kind of pellet litter is it? I wanna at least keep that the same same for them.

I really think I would do both the litter quitter and the standard box. When your kitten is using both with some frequency I would remove the standard box.

They're certainly smart, yet they may well find other substitutes for what they are used to if not presented options.

I was actually thinkin about that. We will be home 24/7 the first week of each home coming, we will see how it plays out. See how she handles it first. We already have the "box", ready to go for Zumani.

That will be fine, the toe pouncing, at least for the week we stay home once he gets here. I just REALLY hate leaving a baby all alone! It's gonna kill me when we have to go back to work and keep them in their separate rooms. But we are going to try and make it as comfortable and soothing as possible for them while we are at work. Once they are integrated, I will be fine, other than missing them:)
