My breeder used swheatscoop so i started with that and found that it was dusty and tracked alot. So i am now trying Purr and Simple and it doesnt seem too dusty and may track less. I dont notice much smell but i scoop daily with only one cat.
This was our experience as well :(

I also just thought to ask out of curiosity: Where does everyone keep their litterboxes??

We have a cat door in the wall between our house and the garage. It leads to an area where I've mounted a mop sink with the bottom on 2x4s about 2 feet off the ground. The sink is a little higher than normal, but still usable. We put a face on the front with doors so that I can clean out the boxes (2) from the garage side. There is a dryer vent in there with a low voltage, medium speed computer kinda fan that vents the area out of the house.

We've had it for 20 years. I sometimes forget we have a litter box!

That sounds very cool!!!! Do you have an avatar you want to use or should we give you a generic one?

Ours is in the cabinet in our mudroom, right off the garage. They were in the closet before we put the cabinets in.

Echo has his own bedroom and his is in there. Dolos's is in a large wire dog crate in the living room since that's where he sleeps at night until I feel it's safe for him to be out when Echo comes out at night. Then, I think I will move it to our tub (we both prefer our shower) so the dogs will stay out of it.

Seems that I can't load one up from my iPad. I'll try to put one up at work today. I'm going to use my Facebook photo. All of my kitty photos are being held hostage on my broken PC :(.

I just got some new photos of our new kitten Sabrina from our breeder in my email this morning, so I was able to get a pretty good crop of her for my avatar. She's an F2 spotty lavender and she's about 8 weeks old now. We also have an F3 snow boy coming who's about a six weeks old from another breeder. We still only have seedling photos of him; I hope to get new ones soon!
