I don't know, the button to press looks a bit small for a cat.
they don't like to make an effort.

Oh, but they have lots of others on that site, i must consider buying one.
If you read the comments, lots of people use that bell with the small button.

You could also get this one (at 5x the price):

Or even something like this:

Or for an even more pleasant option:

Although this is really cute:

On a side note, cats are pretty trainable. With a little time and patience, you could easily train him to push the small button. My cats know sit, lay down, high five, up, come, and we're working on roll over. You'd be surprised.

I tried tricks with zeddie...we got sit and speak and that's it haha
It takes a while. And you have to do it almost every day, preferably multiple times per day, in short spurts. And you have to put up with the days when they don't at all. Once they start doing it, it gets exciting.

She gets so excited for treats, so sit and speak were really easy. I tried lay down but she just couldn't get it, and when she high fived she used her nails because she was so excited so I gave up lol. I love seeing cats do tricks though...it's awesome!

How did you manage "speak"? lol I don't think mine would do that, they're generally quiet (unless it's 4am and I want to sleep). Lay down is easy. You get them to sit, then you put the treat on the floor and slowly drag it away from them. Sometimes they're resistant, so I give their shoulders a 1-finger push/hint. Oh, did I mention that I do clicker training? http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/Cat-Clicker/

I tried doing that for lay down, but Zeddie just got up and walked towards the treat, no matter what I did. Speak was super easy because Zeddie is a huge loud mouth and when she sees food she circles my feet meowing. So when i put a treat in my hand I told her to sit and she would meow so I would say speak as she meowed and she would get the treat. She won't do it in front of people though, and she is very hit and miss now on if she will do it all
