Very cool!!
Thank you.
Ive been working on an outside summer condo made out of a tomato cage. It won't be a penthouse but a high rise for sure. I've been saving the green styrofoam containers from free range hamburger that we buy to use as roof tiles. I'm hoping it works out. Emma enjoys being outside while I garden or work on the yard but yet to relax needs to be in her secure space. Always something being built ..... because that's what makes my world go round!

No not really. Today was the first time he let me pick him up for a snuggle. He is a real squirmy guy, doesn't really fight me if I have to pick him up, but doesn't like it. We've gently touched his paws but he does the immediate swatting/playing. I'm sure we COULD do it, as we do with Zyon, with 3 of us and lots of protests, but because RP is so finicky and has so many new things here, we wanted to wait a bit before traumatizing him with that.

I like those.. I don't know why my cats are so weird. We'll just keep all the different types around I guess and wait to see... maybe once RP has the run of the house too they'll start using them to mark their zones.

Wow those are amazing! We're in the process of making some cool cat superhighway stuff on our walls. The one below is our first area, our bedroom, and the corner will have a cat tree I'm going to make with a real tree or driftwood, as well as a cat hammock =)

Outstanding job! I am planning to make a bridge like yours. Anything you'd do different? How is it attached to its landing and wall?

Thanks! So we updated ours, see below, my husband added the "railing" recently (see pic). The problem is that the little posts I guess aren't supposed to actually hold the weight of the bridge, it's more decorative. So... one of them is already kind of sagging or pulling. The bridge we based ours on is below as well. After closely looking I realized that they used the posts for the railing, and they secured the actual bridge that has to bear weight to the bottom of each sides' platform. That's what we'll be doing this weekend!
BTW, there are tons of cool things like this on Etsy and of course, Pinterest...

Thanks so much for your information. I've not seen them on esty but other outlets. The cost is very expensive usually charging by the foot. But to look at it, looks doable. Thanks again. For me this weekend is making tamales. Ha ha
