Pica in cats?

If there's nothing in the fecal results nor bloodwork and she's not eating then what "inflammation" is your vet concerned about? Did you do an xray to show something?

I think this thread got a bit hijacked. Ethan originally posted asking for advice on his cat who appears to have pica. I think some good advice has been given. Ethan, have you discussed with your vet the option of trying an anti-anxiety medication, or talked with a behavioralist? I believe you've already mentioned that you have had him evaluated for any physical ailment and he has come up with a clean bill of health, is this right?

Waiting the weekend to see if her eating increases. Second day of steroids, she's acting herself today already and is eating a small amount. possible X-rays on Monday
