We are in the exact same situation! My fiancee works days and I work swing shift. So our F3 Minion is home alone for 3-4 hours in our tiny little two room apartment every day. But other than that she has companionship/we play with her every day. She seems to be doing very well, outside of two annoying habits:biting our feet while we sleep (I don't think she knows its our feet, considering she plays by shoving stuff under blankets and attacking it.) and door dashing. But other than that, she does fine! Someday we hope to get her a companion though.
