Poor Emily. That seems like a lifetime when you are waiting for your baby.
Trust me, Emily has found ways to keep busy up until now. I think this last stint will drag though. We've both been jumping through hoops getting the paperwork/port inspection/crate/etc in line for Zuko to go home. She has done a ton of hand holding on her end as well.

But I am happy to report-- I think we see a happy ending in the near future-- or is that a beautiful beginning?

Zuko health update: We redid his xrays yesterday (I promise-- Emily-- I will try to get some pics of them so you can see how things have progressed because it's pretty neat) and before, his heart was completely parallel to his spine and now, it's finally drifting downwards into the proper position. There's been a 20 day period in between xrays so I am very very hopeful he'll have a completely normal-- bratty-- pain in the butt-- life in Canada. Well, as normal as can be with Emily ;)

Great news Trish. I'm really looking forward to watching this little one grow up.
