So when is he coming home, Emily?

She is still working on it, so no exact date yet. He is just about 6 weeks old, so another couple months at least. And I am either going to drive to Detroit (3 hours) or pick him up at the Toronto airport (1.5 hours). I'll let you guys know as soon as I know, and I hope I know soon to book off the vacation time, but I understand it takes time. I could drive further in, because my family owns property in the US, but I think a shorter car ride would be better for him.

I can't wait to get to know my little Zuzu. <3

I'm glad you found your perfect kitty. I hope you're aware that an F2 Savannah will require a CITES permit, which can take 3-6 months to obtain, and he must be inspected by a US Fish and Wildlife agent prior to leaving the country. Since there is no US Fish and Wildlife Designated Port in Detroit, your best bet would be to fly him through an airport where there is a Designated Port and on into Toronto. Also, on top of the International Health Certificate, Import-Export permit, and five generation pedigree, make sure that Donna creates a commercial invoice for you - apparently Canada is quite the stickler about that, at least they were the last time I exported to Canada a couple of years ago.
