Paige, when I clicked on inbox I still didn't see where to click on each message....I deleted everything again trying to figure it out. I clicked on this little white box then delete convo and all messages are gone again.
When you click on the white box, only that message should be deleted...I ahve never had an issue with this...look and see if when you click on the white box, it is checking off all the others...that is the only way this could happen...
I just tested my own and had no issue.
Paige, I think what Diane is trying to do is delete specific messages from a particular conversation without deleting the entire conversation. If you click on the white box and then leave convo it deletes the entire conversation. If you click on the title of the convo and see all the individual messages I don't see a way to delete specific messages.
