Rafiki not eating

Hoping for good news from the vet.

So far, Rafiki has only eaten 2 oz of people tuna this morning. I am still waiting on the vet. I found some Rad Cat. I will try the Rad Cat chicken tonight.
In the meanwhile, I am contemplating making some of my own ground chicken for the purpose of transition as I need something consistent in flavor. I went to 4 stores including an Asian market to find chicken hearts but no one had it. I could only find liver and I know that both of my cats hate liver. This is temporary but.....how do I make the chicken thighs as nutritious as possible? I have Mazuri for slab meat and taurine at home.

Vet said that she is in good health and he does not see any issues. He did a blood draw for a full panel plus titers. Her weight is down to 12-1/2 lbs so she is down almost a pound.
She was not the best behaved cat. My old vet used to use the master bathroom for the exam and he wanted to use the center island. I think that the bathroom is a much better bet - a nice confined space. She went into full Savannah mode as far as the hisses, snarls, general squirminess and tried to eviscerate his arm with her back claws. She did a mock bite - she nipped at him but did not try to actually bite. He had to bring her down to the van to do the blood draw. Once away from her home environment, she behaved.
