Rate of Growth

He used to live in an apartment for the first 3 months of having him and when he was there, there was almost at least 1 person there all the time giving him love and during the night there would be several people there. So he did get lots of love for those 3 months and not near as much now. My boyfriend moved in with me and we aren't home near as often as there were people over at his apartment. Do we need to start picking him up and going to get him more often when he's not near us to give him love? Everytime we do he leaves us to go start his cry again

Thanks all for answers well.. what can I say... it is 'first time' moms problems and worries

I have a non food motivated f1 that I often worry about and always returns from the vet with glowing reviews, "He is just how a cat is supposed to look". Meanwhile his full brother from a different litter outweighs him by more than 50% before he's even a year old.

So yes, as everyone else has claimed, don't worry about it too much except for how much more stuff they can break with their trim velocity and aerial package.

... I suspect he needs to be neutered asap. Alternatively, he may just be completely spoiled and expects his servant to love on him 24/7 I doubt it has anything to do with the undescended testicle.

Hello! Beautiful baby by the way! We have a bit of an obsession with Boujie's weight as well. We weight him weekly and track his growth. he is now 7 mo and a whopping 17.6 lbs!

Been keeping rough track of Simon's growth just for fun I've been guessing he will be around 15 pounds does that sound about right to you all? Maybe more?

Simon weights:

3 months : 4 lbs

4 months: 5.5 lbs

5 months: 7.5 lbs

6 months: 9 lbs

7 months: 10 lbs

8 months: 11.4 lbs

almost 9 months: 12.2 lbs

I would say that Simon will be a little bit bigger than 15 lbs.
Rafiki (F3 female) went thru her last growth spurt at 2 years, 4 months of age.

She weighed about 12 lbs at 1 year old and now weighs about 14.
