Amaury's still eating ravenously. I got him exactly 4 weeks ago today and he's put on 3 lbs in that time. It's interesting to compare him to Shango. It won't be too long until he gets to be Shango's size and quite possibly heavier and taller (unless Shango goes thru another growth spurt):

F2 Shango @ 3.5 mo: 5.2 lbs, 10.5 in shoulder height
F1 Amaury @ 3.5 mo: 7.9 lbs, 11.5 in shoulder height

I'm going to have to invest in another freezer soon! LoL!

I only have one savannah data point, but Calvin, my F2 was gaining two lbs. per month from ages 4 to 9 months. It was difficult to keep up with his intake. At one year he has slowed way down on his growth rate and intake.

So, I would guess you will be busy the next few months.

These are my notes of my F2 savannah Themba G. Purrsalot.

Mostly i weight him before a meal but also sometimes after it, so there's a 0.4lbs difference into it.

Week 9 : 4.6 lbs
week 11 : 5.5 lbs
week 12 : 6.4 lbs
week 13 : 6.8 lbs
week 14 : 7.3 lbs. (Here we are now, he's 3month and 1 week young)

Loki still seems to be on the large side. He was 14.4 lbs yesterday. He is 6.5 months old.

Amaury is getting closer to Shango's current weight and height and should pass 10 lbs sometime next week. Shango's generally long/lean, whereas Amaury is tall/stalky. Fun to take measurements like a mad scientist . Growing like weeds...

F2 Shango @ 4.25 mo/18 weeks: 7.1 lbs, 11.3 in shoulder height
F1 Amaury @ 4.25 mo/18 weeks: 9.9 lbs, 12.5 in shoulder height

Loki has leveled off some. He was 15.2 lbs yesterday. Shoulder height is difficult to get right, but I keep getting 14.75" so probably +/- 1/2".

F5 D will be 2 in July. He is 14 lbs.
F3 Jarvis turned 1 in February. He is 17 lbs.
F4 Mickey will turn 1 in June. He is going to be the smallest, he is 10.5 lbs.
D is the tallest and longest. Jarvis is lean, but heavy boned. Mickey is much smaller than Jarvis and D.
