Repel new Regulatory Putting All Breeders out of Business

Please follow the link and sign to stop this new regulatory ruling that will basically put all breeders out of business. not just cat/dog breeders , but breeders of animals of all kinds !!! Please if you do not want cats and dogs and other animals to become extinct ( which by their rules of not selling breeding females and wanting all owners to spay and neuter then where will all the baby animals come from ??? this is beyond Horrible =(
