RIP Rascal update (Rascal on the mend)

Rascal has a small bleed in the intestines they think. They are not talking transfusion or more surgery. As they were getting ready to leave they think Rascal recognized them. He will be staying in the animal hospital a few more days. Keep the prayers coming.

Mayhem still has Savannah to play with. Laura posted a picture of Rascal laying in her lap.

Rascal is in good hands and he's certainly a robust cat to have hung with mayhem all these years without all his wind. As Deb said, we're definitely family here we all share your hurt and hopes for a full recovery.

I am glad to hear Rascal's Vet is on top of the problem and that Rascal is recovering well and will be home soon then everyone will feel much better.

We are all pulling for Rascal and RD. Lots of positives thoughts aimed at a full recovery and optimistic some progress was made overnight.

They gave Rascal another transfusion overnight. He seems a little better. They are still very worried.

Good to know Rascal is gaining some stability.

Recoveries from these major surgeries never seem to move in a straight line and I'm optimistic that this slight upgrade in condition is the expressway to a full recovery.

Hang in there Rascal!
