Russian Breeder legitimacy check

Yes, as Patti has listed, when bringing back an F1 it takes quite a bit of paperwork! I looked at the website and couldn't see anything familiar other than a pic lifted off the Wikipedia page for Savannahs...which they might think fair game? The other cats looked legit, not the usual scammers type website in any case :)

It's great that you would be going there in person though, as it is so hard to really know from a distance like that!

We have a Russian breeder who is a member of this forum and I will ask her. The breeder in question does look legit though and it is awesome you can go there in person!

Be sure all testing as been done though - parasites, etc.. and all vaccines given...

Thank you very much.
Yes, I know even if you bring in an animal that appears sick they will quarantine it.

Could someone take a look here: http://www.exotichybridcats.com

Her page and pragmatics seem fine but on the TICA website only exotichybirds comes up not exotichybridcats so!?!?

Exotic Hybrid Cats is a real cattery, can't remember the name of the breeder though. TICA only allows 15 letters for a cattery name so exotichybridcats would be too long. Plus, the longer the cattery name, the fewer letters left for the kitten's actual name, so it's always better to go with a shorter version if possible. For instance, my cattery is Jasirisana Savannahs, but I am registered with TICA simply as Jasirisana.

Not sure what your are referring to Paige, Pam is responding to my post stating that I didn't know the name of the breeder at Exotic Hybrids cattery, which williamd was asking about.

The person I'm in contact with named Cynthis Baird is in Las Vegas. I used screen shot of her info provided in her emails to show area code.

Anyway she has all female kittens available and my wife says she wants a male F1

William, have you thought of contacting Sue Armstrong at Amara Savannah's?

She has great cats.
