We had our f2 azul given the felv vaccine out of complete paranoia since we had a potential case of it, (long long story) turns out tests were false positives and things are fine, but what research I did I found out that the felv vaccine isn't Important and could potentially turn out to be a bad thing. We actually refused the booster for it, hopefully I'm not too off subject but I figured id throw in my tid bid of expirence in reference to the felv vaccine.

I'm glad all turned out well and thank you for posting, it reaffirms my decision to not get it for the boys.

My breeder told me she had her first entire litter die because a vet was insistent on giving them their shots for FeLV. As such, I'm going nowhere near it.

P.S. Had rabies shot for kitty and haven't had him chipped yet. Guess I can't take him outside the States.
